BIO

Yung Em was born and raised in Valleywoods;North York, recently moving to the Victoria Park strip. He has been involved in the Hip-Hop community since he was in grade 3. At the tender age of 9, Yung Em began writing lyrical poetry soon evolving to a more rap based skill. Now at the young age of 13 he continues to learn and grow as a young artist, looking up to the many great Toronto musicians for influence and inspiration. Yung Em is extremely interested in the the positivity and connection that music can provide, especially for the youth of Toronto, such as himself. His ambition continues to grow much like his capacity for self expression.
