My entry to the 100k Battle is inspired by the A.I.D.S. epidemic in the Black community. Recording this tune is one of the many ways of helping to spread awareness so we can positively combat the further spread of the virus. In Washington DC alone, over 80% of all new cases are within the Black community. With your support, my song called "A.I.D.S. (a tune of consciousness)" can be the winning entry of the 100k Battle. I intend to donate a portion of the prize package to a non-profit A.I.D.S. organization and hope to gain the licensing rights to perform the music live on tour!
