This Privacy Policy relates to the ursession.com website (the “Site”), a website and service of urSession Media Interactive, Inc. (“urSession”). This Privacy Policy tells you what information urSession collects from users of the Site, the steps we take to protect and secure it, how we use and share the information, and how you can contact us with questions or concerns and opt-out of certain communications from us. Any information collected from our users will not be sold, shared or rented to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. What Information We Collect

urSession is a social networking service that allows members to create unique personal profiles online in order to find and communicate with fellow artists and friends. To use the services provided by our Site, a user must become a member by successfully completing a registration form. The registration form requests personal information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, gender, date of birth, physical address, and e-mail address. We use this information to confirm your registration by email, verify your identity, to invite artists to network with each other, and to contact you as described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy. We will not share or display your email address with other users of the Site.
After you complete the registration form, we allow you to set up “urProfile” where you will have the option to provide other personal information, such as your occupation, your interests and a picture, which will be used in order to assist users in finding and communicating with you.
To facilitate searching and finding fellow artists and acquaintances on the Site, we also allow users to search for you using your first and last name, email address, and companies where you may have worked.
urProfile information, including your picture and first name, will be publicly displayed in order to facilitate user interaction at urSession.com. However, unless you otherwise disclose it, your full name will never be directly revealed to other members. Please note that any public posting made to journals, weblogs, message boards, classifieds, or in your public profile that you create to share with other users is not considered personal information and is not considered the type of information protected by this Privacy Policy. In addition, you should be aware that if you post personal information online that is accessible to the public, you may receive unsolicited messages from other parties in return.
urSession may also collect personally identifiable information when you enter into promotions or contests that UrSession may offer from time to time, or when you use the services that are offered at our Site. We will also collect any personally identifiable information that you voluntarily disclose in your communications with us.

We use IP addresses to ensure compliance with the Terms of Service and to analyze trends, administer and improve the Site, track user's movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. We also use IP addresses for security and monitoring purposes. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.
Information Relating to Children
The Site is a general audience website and no portion of the Site is directed to children under the age of 13. We do not collect personally identifiable information from any person we actually know is a child under the age of 13 and we will not use personally identifiable information if we discover that it has been provided by a child under the age of 13.
Use of Information
urSession does not and will not sell, rent or share personally identifiable information we learn about you from your use of the Site to third parties, including direct marketing companies. However, we may:

Also, when you are contacted with an offer or service based on information you have shared with us, we will do our best to provide you with an opportunity to opt-out of receiving such further communications at the time you are contacted. Surveys & Contests
From time to time we will request information from users via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary, and, therefore, the user has the choice of whether or not to disclose the requested information. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and shipping address), and demographic information (such as zip code and age). Contact information will be used to notify the winners and award prizes. Survey and contest information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of users of our Site, and for other purposes that may be described in the survey or contest rules.
Invitations And Other Communications To Non-Members
urSession members can invite other artists and friends to join the service by sending invitation emails via our automated invitation system. urSession.com stores the email addresses that members provide so that the respondents may be added to the member’s list of friends, and also to send up to three invitation reminder emails. urSession.com does not sell these email addresses or use them to send any other communications aside from those described. Recipients of invitations from urSession.com may contact urSession.com to request the removal of their information from our database.
urSession members may also store email addresses of people they know in their internal urSession address book and may also choose to send invitations and other communications to those addresses.

This Site contains links to other sites. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our Site and to read the privacy statements of each and every Web site that collects personally identifiable information. Security
No data transmissions over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Consequently, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us over the Internet and you do so at your own risk.
However, we take reasonable precautions to protect personally identifiable information that we receive from users. All of our users' personally identifiable information remains confidential in our offices. Only a select number of employees who need the information to perform a specific job (e.g. a customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information. Furthermore, all employees are kept up to date on our security and privacy practices. Mediation
The failure of urSession to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Privacy Policy shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The laws applicable to the interpretation of this Privacy Policy shall be the laws of the State of California, and applicable federal law, without regard to any conflicts of laws provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within the county of Los Angeles, California. You also agree that, in the event any dispute or claim arises out of or relating to your use of the Site or this Privacy Policy that you and urSession will attempt in good faith to negotiate a written resolution of the matter directly between the parties. You agree that if the matter remains unsettled for forty-five (45) days after notification (via certified mail or personal delivery) that a dispute exists, all parties shall join in mediation services in Los Angeles, California with a mutually agreed mediator to settle the dispute. Should you file any arbitration claims, administrative or legal actions without first having attempted to resolve the matter by mediation, then you will not be entitled to recover attorney's fees, even if you would otherwise be entitled to them. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action by you arising out of or related to this Privacy Policy must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred. You also agree not to bring claims on a representative, class member basis, or as a private attorney general.
