So....Lets think about this...
Hello friends.... Ive alwyas thought it was interesting how one person can see an image, and think something, and another person can see the exact same image and think something entirely diffrent. So I thought I would post the piece I just finished and see what people thought. What it made them think of, or how they saw it. Anyways it's on my profile entitled "war." Have at it. Take care!. Mike.

the detail in your work is very impressive... "war" is raw... pun intended.

i dont know if the man is anyone in particular, but maybe he is sad and made into a fool like a clown as his red earth nose is torn to pieces, maybe he is a president, and has started the war, and maybe he ought to feel that pain, the pain that all the poor people being killed or even us watching are feeling inside. it draws a sad image of the earth and maybe some stupid men behind the wars. its great mate

As a fellow "artist", its easy for me to see why u flippin rock ;] a very thick edged, heavy and sinister style coupled with evil intentions and\or a well meaning wakeup call. I can also see that to some extent you probably keep up on current events? I could be wrong here, being as thoughts of war proliferate everything nowadays. War in Iraq (not war WITH Iraq), with new found promises of it spilling over into Iran, threats of war with Venezuela (via our coked out stepson Columbia...), on and on. Its hard not for dark violence to inspire us. Keep up the awesome work dude... You rock

Dude, mike I may be off my rocker here. What I see in that piece is an uncle sam figure of sorts, who, by the virtue of any hallowing war, has been turned into a broken spirited clown. Of course, "clown" in a symbolic sense: a mockery of his sentiment and spirit of "I want you" regarding getting people to go to war for country. - bob
