BIO

Underground Parliament™ (UP) is a binary hip hop group that entered the underground music scene in the summer of 2007. The group consists of two emcees/producers: Eksperiens and Minus 1, who in a short span of time were able to develop and operate under their very own independent label, Sound Proof Recordings™ (SPR). Since the time of its birth, UP has actively been working on numerous (unreleased) projects with both independent and major label artists on a global scale, “…we believe there is a right time and place for our material to be released…and at this point, we have not yet come across that measure and dwelling…” – Underground Parliament. In the meantime however, UP has enjoyed setting an abundant number of stages on fire.
