| Treateth began with the idea of two lazy guys.. Marco and Erick. They bought their instruments at the end of 2005 [Marco - Guitar, Erick - Bass] and began to play covers from many bands. Marco and Erick started a band called Dust, with Jose playing drums but Dust died as soon as it started, but Marco and Erick continued to play and write some music.
Marco was called by Skunk in September 2006, to play the rhythm guitar for the EP presentation on November and continued playing with them until they leaved Guatemala in February 2007. So it was time for Marco and Erick to continue what they left behind. They decided to create Hostilis Of Mort.
Hostilis Of Mort looked for band members. Ever joined the band as the drummer [playing drums for Celula now], and after looking and hearing many guitarrist Pablo came in as the rhythm guitarist. Looking for the right vocalist was really tough...
Luis came in as the vocalist but the Name Hostilis Of Mort was changed to TREATETH, so Treateth was born [Treateth is the same as Treated the ending -Th was used on the old english as past tense]. Treateth first show was at the end of August 2007 playing Consilium Of Occasus, Júri di Proelium, Trigger of Poise and 2 covers [slayer and trivium].
After that, the band came with a lot of difficulties, Ever and Luis couldn't continue in the band, so, Treateth was in coma... [XD haha]. After long searching, Cifu joined as vocalist with Erick on the Drums [Erick Ex-Linus drummer was their supporting drums for shows], but Treateth finally found their drummer called Adolf [Fito].
After a few shows Cifu couldn't continue with the band, so Linda shows up but couldn't perform with Linda because she had some difficulties and had to leave the band for personal reasons so Fito had to leaved too because family, and leaved Guatemala.
Treateth ONCE AGAIN was in coma, until one day Luiz [Flipper] [drummer from Desma] answered to a Bulletin seaching Vocal and drummer, so, he entered Treateth as Vocalist, a few weeks later Pablo [drummer from Silent War and Vocals on Desma] played Drums for Treateth. Flipper couldn't continue with the band as vocals, now lin has return to complete the metal machine calls Treateth!!
