The Stone Ruffians

The Stone Ruffians formed the winter of 2005 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. After winning a competition with only 3 practices under their belts and having only been together 2 weeks, the Ruffians began to write their own original music. What they made was a combination of Rock N Roll that gave elements of classic rock and metal a fresh, new sound. Their unique style helps them stand out in their native Milwaukee area, which has been dominated by pop/punk, hardcore, and death metal acts in recent years. The music created and played by The Stone Ruffians is unlike any act playing around the Milwaukee area; the United States, and maybe even the world... ------The band has an extreme love for music and the many forms of it. We respect any artist who uses their creativity and talent to create music and then shares it with others. ------The Stone Ruffians will contnue to play and hope to be recognized on a large scale where they can revive Rock N Roll and bring it to the masses.
