| We aren't like every other band...
Sitting in Shawn's Volkswagen listening to a mix tape of Incubus, we dreamed of someday making music as inspiring and meaningful as the ones we were listening to... there was something to say about how much we were driven. At that very point we all knew very well what we wanted, and that each of us had an equal trust amongst each other. Formed out of Mississauga, Ontario, we are just a couple of guys who love to have fun and to rock out at every given chance. Shawn, Tom, and Niq met first as members of a Band called Grave Zero. Upon winning a battle of a bands competition, the band broke up over night. But with a musical journey still left unfulfilled, Shawn and Tom decided to try to start up a band again. With a failed attempt with a random group of individuals, they decided to call their old friend Niq to see if he was up for it. He agreed to it, then began the wild ride of this group. We started out as a 3 piece, Shawn, Tom and Niq filling the roster as we began writing songs and just having fun doing it. Shawn was filling the bass part to begin with, but we wanted more focus on him as a vocalist, so we placed an ad in the local paper. With many auditions, and many disappointments, Zed soon auditioned and with the first few notes as a 4 piece, it was almost as if lightning hit the place. We finally found a bass player who could not only keep up, but push us to a next level of musical nirvana. We are a group of simple guys who love to play, any show, any time. We do things how we want, and never stop rocking. We simply depend on each other to be the best we can be. We are a family; there is no denying it. We have never lost our focus as a group... Our future will be shown for everyone to witness. Our past will be there for those who care. We refuse to ever give less then everything. We refuse to accept no for an answer.
