Philosophic The Builder aka Beats Bacharach has been perfecting his craft since the mid nineties when he first started learning the art of beatmaking. Inspired by the early underground hip-hop scenes on both the west and east coasts Phil was influenced by the likes of Dj Premier, Pete Rock , the RZA, Large Pro, The Beatminerz, The Ummah, Dan the Automator, Dj Shadow, Living Legends, Hieroglyphic Crew etc. With over 10 years of experience under his belt Philosophic continues to be one of Northern California's "best kept secrets". Early collaboration's include The Evolutionaries, Conceit, DJ Dojah, Dj Mutt and the D-Boyz, JR Writer of the Diplomats, and LRG Clothing to name a few. Still just trying to experience life and create his art Philosophic continues to dig in the crates doing what he loves most...making beats.
