The Beginning: Jesus Gonzalez Aka Phatt J Solo project entitled Phatt J & Friends Wrote, produced, vocals, played bass, guitar, piano and engineered the album. Hailing from East Los Angeles At 10 years of age: Mastered the guitar By 12 years of age: Joined his first rock and roll band. In high school Phatt J played house parties and the Hollywood club circuit. 9 years old: starting using a pen and pad to write his poetry / rap lyrics. Highlights: His love for music eventually led to a career in the recording industry as a well respected/known engineer As an engineer Phatt J had the opportunity to work with and learn from some of the great hip hop engineers and producers of the music industry such as Pharrel from Neptunes, George Clinton, Living Legends and many more.
