BIO

Born April 2, 1989 in New Bern,N.C aka Tha Bern. "I was growing up in a small town with big dreams,and most people where im from don't because most people never make it out of Tha Bern or let alone finish school." Growing up with his Grandmother and his other Grandparents(Nino's father has been locked up since he was born for the most part, while his mother is a former drug addict) was rough especially during the last of his middle school years going into high school. At the age of 12 when was he started to write,but Nino also says this was around the time of his first hustle: "In 7th grade I started basically extorting cats, it was chinese dude whose parents owned a restaraunt in town, I knew so I decided since he was getting beat up all the time he's going to need protection". After that he explains how we went from extorting to stealing then selling what he stole. Then he continues on with "On my 16th birthday I took all my birthday money and made a trip to see the dopeman,after that it was on and poppin". Captain Picard bka Yung Nino pulls on his blunt one more time before he tells how he got those pseudonames. "Well the Nino part came from the way i was handling my business and gettin things done,while on tha other hand i got the name Captain Picard from my nigga D,cause he said I reminded him of the Captain up on Star Trek, because if i dont gotta chick where im at then im goin to get one regardless."
