BIO

Los Angeles native, grew up on hip-hop and started DJ'ing at 16. Became intimately involved with the electronic music scene in the late 90's: Co-founded H20 Productions with partner Concise in 1999. As a production crew, we focused on bringing breakbeats and drum & bass back to the stage during a time when less appealing styles were dominating the scene. These efforts eventually led to a joint venture with the crew behind the legendary nightclub Liquid Butterfly in Century City. Became a resident DJ as well as production manager for LA's first "on the books" venue that ran all night (9pm-6am).
In 2001, an education at Los Angeles Recording Workshop became the catalyst for an intense 5 year period of composing, recording and mixing music. Never concerned with following a particular style or sound, unique methods of sampling and sequencing became second nature and remains a strength to this day.

2008 marks the birth of Big Eye Musik, a group of artists & musicians dedicated to the preservation and progression of all things breakbeat.
