BIO

Although we're currently reforming, Dog Pyle has been around the Upper Michigan/NorthEastern Wisconsin scene for quite a few years. Joe Gille (Vocals) is the sole member that started it all. Eric Grimm(Bass/Keyboards) came into play in 1991. Eric and Joe had seen quite a bit of the music scene together in bands before Dog Pyle like Ground Zero with Mark Monosso(Guitar) and Shawn Minerick(Drums) as well as Whiskey Richard with Mark and Chris Kuzak(Drums). Joe and Eric catered to other Guitarists and Drummers over the years. Eric even took a 7 year hiatus. He returned to team up with Joe again in Dog Pyle along with Randy Olson(Lead Guitar) and Tony Downs(Rhythm Guitar) and Chuck Plumel(Drums). Tony left and Mike Barone replaced him. Randy and Mike left to form Kreatures of Habit and Chuck left for some family time. Eric and Joe were back on their own... Joe and Eric then teamed up with Steve Hilsabeck(Lead Guitar) who had been with Dog as their drummer before. Adding Andy Hollen(Drums) and Paul Bourgerois(Rhythm Guitar) Tightened the knot once again. Paul and Andy left after a falling out between them and Steve, Joe and Eric took a break....but not for good! Eric is now trying to set up a new lineup with Joe and Steve in their respectful places. He is going to attempt to bring back Chuck and also bring a new member to the Family. Clint Vantroba as a 2nd Lead Guitarist to hopefully get the dog back out on the scene.
