DJ Ignite has long been paying due's for his shot at the hip-hop game. Being an Original B-boy Breaking,Djing,and graffitti, and finally Mceeing,with childhood homeboy Capitol B, it was a way of life. His life. Ignite has been a member of three underground groups since 1992. Tha Funxsouljaz, and most recently Blaxicans. Ignite has been featured on over 30 Comps Nationwide. He has been featured on projects with such acts as 2 Short,E-40,2 Pac,B-legit,Baby Bash,Don Cisco,Mac Dre,Mack 10,3x's krazy,Keak da Sneak,Ray Luv,Mac Mall, and too many more to name. Most recently Ignite is working on a Spanglish album(Spittin Spanglish Slang) to them barrios and hoods,he touched while growing up.
Born in Mexico City,then migrating to L.A. (Mom passed shipped 2 the states...)and finally resting in the Bay area,Santa Rosa Ca. Ignite has witnessed enough drama to reveal stories in his works that grab your soul. Loosing close friends to gun violence,alcohol,accidents,prisons, and the struggle. Ignite gets his point accross with passion.. It's an epic journey of vocal talent mixed with the Platinum production by K-lou (Snoop Dogg,Master P,N2deep, E-40,Baby Bash ).Cuts and scratches of course. |
