| Next In Line is a five piece pop-punk group playing in and around the Philadelphia, Montgomery and Bucks County area. Next in Line, formerly "The 4th Sun," started out in the fall of 2006 with Josh Krassenstein and Adam DeLucia. It wasn't long after that they picked up Chris Benitez on bass and Brian Snyder on drums to finish their 4-piece band. The band played their first gig in the spring of 2007 with their unique style of music.
During the summer, the band hit an all time low when Adam decided against being the band's lead singer. The band recruited a new singer, Biz, who helped them for the remaining months of the summer.
After a name change to "Corporate Criminal," the band re-wrote their music to achieve the popularity of a larger audience. In late September 2007, the band recruited Sam Dudick as the new lead vocalist of the band to achieve a new, unique sound. Another name change was necessary to suit the personality of the band. Chris came up with "Next In Line."
The band was soon writing new originals, including "On and On," and "Effect of the Sound." The band finally found their voice with the release of their first single, "Broken Trust," in January 2008. Shortly after it's release, the band introduced their demo CD, "Rain," which included 6 of the bands original songs.
Within a short period of time, Next In Line was playing several local gigs including Puck in Doylestown, Finn McCools in Warrington, and PhilaFunk Live in Philladelphia. The band quickly developed an impressive fan base, and is still playing shows locally.
The band's demo, "Rain," is avaiable for purchase online at CD Baby, and at all of the bands shows. Next In Line will soon be back in the studio to record some new originals. |
