Born April 2 1987, the 21 year old rapper from Gastonia, North Carolina known as DROP is making huge strides in the rap game. He has many accomplishments which include winning countless freestyle battles, made his debut on BET's RapCity at a young 17 which was sponsored by Pepsi & Universal Motown, and placing 1st in LOUD.Com's 2nd contest search for the next hiphop superstar. Out of the thousands who entered the contest, he was selected to be a finalist and compete against 8 other mc's for a record deal with SRC/Universal & a $100,000 cash prize. Drop is almost a throwback to the rhyme-sayers in the golden era, he is socially conscious and in tune with the culture. He fronts the HipHop Movement that is making noise around the world "FIF GANG!! BANG!! BANG!!" and owns an independent record label "1st in Flight Records".
