Among my variety of projects:
- I’ve recently moved to the greater Los Angeles area to join my new brethren in DEATH PILOT! Aside from me it also features an ex-member of POSSESSED and TESTAMENT, and is produced and managed by Dirty Icon, comprised of Logan Mader of MACHINE HEAD and SOULFLY notoriety, and Lucas Banker (JUNKIE XL). The album is also co-produced by Tomo Milicevic, guitarist for 30 SECONDS TO MARS.
I co-wrote, played on and toured extensively for 3 INCHES OF BLOOD's most recent effort, "Fire Up The Blades", and recorded drums as well on the upcoming disc from the mighty CHTHONIC from Taiwain, both bands having appeared together on Ozzfest 2007!!!
- Over 2 hours of footage from the recent TRIAL reunion shows in Seattle, London and Budapest with my favorite Seattle hardcore veterans has just been released via Panic! Records.
- THE GREAT WHITE VOID, a side project featuring the incredible guitar/songwriting team of Robin Staps(The Ocean) & Matthias Dubrowski(Mönster). Check both their killer German bands out in my friends list - they rule, and our project together is like nothing you’d expect! A sample song appears above and on www.ursession.com/lexdiamondz .
-I recently completed drum tracks for the upcoming debut full-length by Seattle hardcore stalwarts, WAIT IN VAIN, featuring the songwriting assault of Timm McIntosh of Trial recognition. The release will be out this year, and will kick your fucking face in!
-With a little luck and some good timing I’ll also be joining my good friends in Bridge To Solace in Budapest, Hungary for their next full-length, to be recorded in Switzerland sometime this fall, and also record sometime in the future with another Trial alumnus and some Vancouver friends in BETWEEN EARTH & SKY.
-I’ve played and toured extensively with 3 Inches of Blood (Vancouver, Canada; album: "Fire Up The Blades!" available now via Roadrunner Records), Walls of Jericho (Detroit, MI; album: "All Hail The Dead" out now via Trustkill Records), Catharsis (North Carolina, various releases via Crimethinc.), Umlaüt (Finland; album, "TOTAL DISFUCKINGCOGRAPHY" OUT NOW, via Crimethinc. Records), Trial (Seattle, WA). I’ve played shows and toured with friends old and new in a variety of bands, including Chimaira, Exodus, Six Feet Under, Mastodon, Fear Factory, Sworn Enemy, Bleeding Through, God Forbid, Himsa, Darkest Hour, Integrity, Testament, Cradle of Filth, Behemoth, Gwar, 69 Eyes, Alabama Thunder Pussy, Sick of It All, 7 Seconds, Slapshot, Blood for Blood, Testament, Unearth, The Bones, If Hope Dies, It Dies Today, A Life Once Lost, Diecast, All That Remains, Crisis, Watch Them Die, The Classic Struggle, Into the Moat, Bury Your Dead, Martyr AD, 36 Crazyfists, Full Blown Chaos, Terror, Light This City, Lamb of God, Hatebreed, Nile, Mondo Generator, Static X, Ozzy Osbourne, Shadows Fall, Divine Heresy, and so many others.
Oh yeah, and I very proudly and exclusively use PDP/DW drums and hardware, Alchemy Cymbals by Istanbul/Agop, and Vater Sticks. |
