BIO

Heriberto G. Casanova (BLAZE). Watching titans such as Nas, Tupac, Notorious B.I.G., Bonethugs N Harmony, DMX, Eminem, and Jay-Z made him realize what he was destined to be. Writing poetry since the age of 7, it wasn't until he was 9 years old that Blaze wrote his first rhyme. He feeds off of anything he sees, hears or feels and applies it to his craft. Music is more than a passion to Blaze; it is second nature to him. At the age of 16 he came across a producer by the name of "Element" that just so happened to be located near his area. He’s taken it upon himself to find an engineer, photographer, and a manager who all shared his ideas and visions for the future of music. His music is being promoted all over Miami and other major cities in Florida (promotion in New York is in progress). His consistency led to the release of his 1st E.P. (Extended Play) single titled "Hennessy." Present day, 2008, Blaze finds himself giving his time and life to his music. He is currently working on his 7 track E.P. titled "Say It Twice" in which he demonstrates his versatility as an artist and a musician. He expects to shake the industry out of their egos and into a whole new reality. At an early age rappers paved the way for his love of music and now his love for music is paving the way for the minds of undiscovered individuals.
